Genomics and Genetics
Core Facilities
Our mission is to provide comprehensive, high-quality support for research projects across various areas of biomedicine.
We utilize cutting-edge technology in genomic analysis, ranging from library preparation for next-generation sequencing (NGS) to gene expression analysis via qPCR, SNP identification, and DNA methylation studies. We offer a personalized approach, working closely with researchers from all disciplines to deliver innovative and precise solutions.
Among our strengths, we highlight our capacity for high-throughput analysis of DNA, RNA, and miRNA, as well as the handling of complex samples from various origins, including human tissue, animals, plants, and microorganisms.
With our expertise and access to state-of-the-art technologies, the Genomics and Genetics Service is a key partner in the development of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary projects, providing essential tools to advance the understanding of diseases, molecular biology, and personalized medicine.
