Legal basis and purposes of treatment: With a legal basis in compliance with legal obligations and, where appropriate, in the contractual employment relationship as well as, when appropriate in the public interest for the prevention and reporting of criminal acts, personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Data retention period: In the event of the existence of any complaint, the personal data will be kept in the complaint system only for the time necessary to decide whether or not to initiate an investigation into the reported events, except for those cases in which the purpose of the conservation is to leave evidence of the operation of the model of prevention of the commission of crimes by FCIPF.  In any case, after three months from the introduction of the data, the data will be deleted from the complaints system, maintaining the treatment by the FCIPF body to which the investigation of the reported facts corresponds. For such purposes, personal data will be kept for the legal periods established to comply with the obligations and responsibilities of FCIPF as well as to leave evidence of the operation of the FCIPF crime prevention model.

Rights: The data subject has the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, opposition, portability and the right not to be the subject of a decision based exclusively on the automated processing of personal data by sending FCIPF a request to any of the following addresses: Postal address: Calle de Eduardo Primo Yúfera, number 3, 46012, Valencia.Data protection delegate: privacy@cipf.es When necessary to prove the identity of the interested party, the FCIPF may request the provision of a copy of both sides of their DNI or legal identification document.
