Bioinformatic Technician OP.INF.01/2019

The position offered will consist, first, in the download and processing of medical images. This
treatment will aim to prepare the data, with processes such as anonymization, for its
subsequent release and incorporation into a DataLake.
Second, a series of use cases must be provided using Artificial Intelligence (AI) libraries on
different platforms, such as in a High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure.
Finally, a series of processing must be carried out on the images that will consist of their
automatic labeling. Then, they will be converted to a standard structure called Medical Image
Data Structure (MIDS).
