The Molecular and Cellular Immunology group is interested in incorporating a person who works within the research project "role of SARS-CoV-2 non-coding RNAs during infection", performing the following tasks:

• Animal handling and microsurgery.
• Cell culture, maintenance and cryopreservation of transduced cells
• Maintenance of the cell culture laboratory (database, orders, preparation of solutions)
• Analysis and extraction of DNA, RNA, RT-PCR, Sequencing
• Flow cytometry analysis
