The person to be hired will carry out the following functions and tasks:

• Cell culture of human pluripotent stem cell lines, maintenance, cryopreservation and characterization
• In vitro differentiation of pluripotent stem cell lines toward retinal cell fate
• Immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry of pluripotent stem cell lines
• Maintenance of equipment, incubators, cell culture hoods
• Maintenance of the database of criopreserved cell lines
