Laboratory Technician AYI.06/2020

Person with experience to work as a member of the Cellular and Molecular Pathology of Alcohol laboratory, whose objective is to study the molecular mechanisms of alcohol actions in the adult and developing brain in the research project funded by Plan Nacional sobre Drogas (Ministerio de Sanidad, PNSD 2018 I003). The person who is incorporated will be in charge of both the colony of animals, the cell cultures and will collaborate with the personnel titled in the investigation work and following the guidelines of the Chief of laboratory.

 Person with training in Cellular and Molecular Biology techniques with experience in cell cultures and culture media preparation, establishment of primary cultures of neurons and glial cells, and basic techniques of cellular and molecular biology, such as immunoblotting, immunofluorescence, quantitative PCR or cytometry
